There are many ways to conveniently travel to, from and around Chickasaw Country. The airports, train stations and travel stops are destinations within themselves.

Air Travel

  • Dallas Love Field Airport

    Dallas, TX

    The Dallas Love Field Airport is owned and operated by the City of Dallas serving both commercial airline and corporate user needs. It is about a two and a half hour drive from Chickasaw Country.

  • Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport

    Dallas/Fort Worth, TX

    Serving as the largest airport in Texas, Dallas/Fort Worth Airport is considered to be an Airport City with its own post office, ZIP code and public services. It is about a two hour drive from Chickasaw Country.

  • Will Rogers Airport

    Oklahoma City, OK

    Will Rogers Airport is located in southwestern Oklahoma City serving as the principal commercial airport of the Oklahoma City Metropolitan Area. It offers rental cars and public transportation.

  • Ardmore Downtown Executive Airport

    Ardmore, OK

    The Ardmore Downtown Executive Airport owned by the city of Ardmore is a convenient executive public use airport that lies in the heart of Ardmore, just one mile southeast of the central business district.

Train Travel

  • AMTRAK Heartland Flyer

    The Heartland Flyer was restored in 1999 after a 20-year absence. It now runs a 418-mile daily round trip from Oklahoma City to Fort Worth, Texas with a near perfect on-time record.
