Unexpected Wedding Venues

Hi friends! Kalli here.

A little bit about me: I got engaged over the summer, and I’m knee-deep in wedding planning. My weekends consist of researching wedding venues, photographers and working on the little wedding details that will make our day special. I love this special season in my life, and if you’re engaged (or planning on getting engaged) I want to help you!

Chickasaw Country is the perfect spot for your big day. From elopements to large celebrations, south-central Oklahoma is home to unique and unexpected locations for your wedding.

The Wildflower

Close to the Blue River in Tishomingo, you’ll find this beautiful 5,000 square-foot white barn with an industrial flare. Beautiful pasture and native pecan trees surround the venue that will provide the perfect backdrop for your wedding. You can have an indoor or outdoor wedding, and the venue can seat up to 225 guests. If you’re not sure where to start, take advantage of the venue’s event coordinator that can help plan your big day. Oh, and The Wildflower just won the Best of Chickasaw Country 2019 in the Wedding Venue category!

This venue is all-inclusive with coordinators, florist and catering offered to help make your big day stress-free!

The Chickasaw Retreat and Conference Center

Just outside of Sulphur in the Arbuckle Mountains is a beautiful conference center that doubles as the perfect place to get married. This venue offers many different options with indoor ceremony locations and three outdoor ceremony locations including a courtyard, a lakeside view and a mountain view.
