L.L. Humphreys Park is located in Velma, OK. It was named after Lawrence Lewis Humphreys, a prominent Duncan oil man and banker.

The park is a cultural feature in Stephens County. It currently operates as a grounds for free rodeos and town activities including the Old Settlers Picnic, which has been an annual event for over 120 years, and the Super Summer Celebration.
