Don't miss the 34th Annual Alfalfa Bill Century Bicycle Ride in Tishomingo, Oklahoma!
Come and participate in this bike ride through beautiful southern Oklahoma with routes of 10, 20, 30, 47, 64 or even 100 miles through beautiful Johnston County, Oklahoma! The Alfalfa Bill Century Bike Ride offers options for either a relaxing ride on the level, smooth blacktop of a tree-lined road out to the Tishomingo National Wildlife Refuge or challenge yourself to the headlining Century Ride.
This event's Century Ride is a full 100-mile ride that welcomes and attracts riders from all over Oklahoma as well as surrounding states. All five routes of the Alfalfa Bill Century Bike Ride are on paved, rural, lightly-traveled roads. Riders are supported by sag wagons and rest stops are approximately every 10 miles. There will also be the famous Alfalfa Bill power cookies, bananas, pickles and water available. Expect some hills.
For non-riders who come to support family members or friends in the race, the surrounding area offers plenty of options including: the Chickasaw Nation Capitol & Museum, the Tishomingo National Wildlife Refuge, Blue River, retail therapy, and Blake Shelton's Ole Red Restaurant & The Doghouse - all great places to visit while waiting for loved ones to cross the finish line.

There will be six route options this year! All the rides are on paved, rural roads (with the exception of a short patch of dirt road on the 67-mile route). We are in Southern Oklahoma - please expect some rolling hills. All routes are designated on the roadways by brightly painted arrows. Abundant rest stops and sag wagons will be available on all routes.
Some of the things this ride is known for:
- You will get a lot of personal attention on this ride.
- There are no ride deadlines. Take as long as you want/need – our sag drivers will stay out there with you – with water, drink supplements, fruit, pickles, Alfalfa Bill Power Cookies, repair support, and encouragement, until every rider gets back.
- Our long-sleeve t-shirts with a new design and color every year.
- Our famous “Alfalfa Bill” homemade power cookies.
This year we're putting a little more 'Alfalfa Bill' in the Alfalfa Bill Century Bike Ride! Dr. Kirk Rodden of Murray State College is working on an audio file discussing the life of Alfalfa Bill and his historical significance to the area that riders can listen to as they travel Johnston County!
