Merry Christmas, friends!
I’m sure you’ve read my other blogs about shopping, so it’s no surprise that I’m here with a Christmas shopping blog! I am OBSESSED with all things Christmas. I love everything about it! I’m the type of person who listens to Christmas music in June and watches Christmas movies in September. My calendar is jam packed with Christmas activities including ice skating in Pauls Valley, making a gingerbread house at the Artesian’s Classic Christmas and Christmas parties and parades with my friends. My house has been decorated for a few weeks and now I’m counting down the days until Santa! (A little over two weeks, people!)
If that last sentence stressed you out a little bit, don’t worry, I’m here to help! Below is my go-to guide to everything Christmas in Chickasaw Country:
Looking for decorations?
Decorating is one of my favorite parts of the holiday season! If you are looking for a Christmas tree, look no further than the Martin Bird Tree Farm in Tuttle! You can cut your own or buy a pre-cut tree!
After you’ve picked the tree, decorate your house with cute decorations from the Bromide Mountain in Sulphur! And just down the street is Kitchen 117 with the cutest pots and pans for all of your homemade Christmas goodies!
Fill up on Christmas goodies!
Sweets are the perfect gift and are perfect for every holiday party! If you weren’t blessed with the baking gene (like me!) go to Amber’s Sweet Shoppe in Ada or Scout Café in Ardmore for cupcakes, cookies and cakes! If you’re hungry for chocolate, don’t forget to visit Bedré Fine Chocolate in Davis! They have delicious chocolate that are perfect stocking stuffers!
Sweaters and scarves and more!
If you are still looking for Christmas presents or you want a new outfit for yourself for the holiday season, check out all of our deals!
I hope you have a very merry Christmas and try not to stress too much about the holidays! They only come once a year so make the most of them! And while you are out and about shopping don’t forget to use #routecc to be featured on Chickasaw Country’s social media!
